Accessible by design. Independent by choice.

Finding truly accessible, modern housing can be challenging for people with disabilities and their caregivers. Many apartments aren’t designed with mobility, safety, and independence in mind, leaving individuals to adapt to spaces that don’t fully meet their needs.

At The Tower at Henry, accessibility isn’t an afterthought—it’s built into the design. In partnership with Inglis, we are now leasing a limited number of ADA-accessible apartments thoughtfully designed to support safe, independent living in a welcoming Philadelphia community.

Apartments Designed for Everyday Independence
The ADA-accessible apartments at The Tower at Henry are intentionally designed to make day-to-day life easier, safer, and more comfortable for adults with physical or mobility disabilities, as well as those planning for future accessibility needs.
